At first, I think, he tried to steal the games. Then when I was serving customers, he went to the DVD section to "look" around. Then one of the customer was kind enough to inform me about him shoplifting. Called Ernest and seek for his advice on what to do.
I called up to the guy and asked him to let me check his bag 'cos I suspect he took something from the shop. He tried to deny and refused to let me check. Aftermath, he run out of the store despite someone trying to stop him. Of cos I didnt chase after him, if not who will look after the shop? -__-
